APPLICATION AREA :
Produces bottom-sealed bags and block bags (Perforation and handle punching processes are not performed on this machine).
- » Cold cutting system.
- » Stacks from 1 cm inside the open end of the bag with cold needle system.
- » Cut bag packages are arranged on the conveyor. The conveyor belt is supplied as standard with the machine.
- » Servo motor and inverter system.
- » Bag length and bag quantity can be changed via the screen. Bag counting and machine speed can be monitored on the screen.
- » Equipped with 1 photocell. Cuts printed and non-printed bags.
- » Suitable for High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and recycled bags.
- » When the roll ends, printing is out of position, or bags accumulate at the jaw, the machine stops automatically and displays information on the screen.
